Welcome to SeasonKeep! This guide will walk you through the basics of setting up your account and getting your personalized home maintenance calendar.

Create Your Account

Sign up with your email address or social login. Once verified, you'll be taken through our quick onboarding wizard.

Add Your First Home

During onboarding, you'll tell us about your home:

• Location — Your zip code helps us determine your climate zone
• Year Built — Older homes have different maintenance needs
• Systems — HVAC type, roof material, water heater, and more
• Features — Pool, garage, basement, fireplace, solar panels, etc.

Your Personalized Calendar

Once you've added your home, our engine analyzes your profile against 180+ maintenance rules and generates a year-round calendar tailored specifically to your home. Tasks are scheduled based on your climate zone and the optimal time of year for each activity.

What's Next?

• Check your Dashboard for an overview of upcoming and overdue tasks
• Browse your Schedule to see tasks by month
• Visit Settings to customize your notification preferences
